Jim graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics. His first professional career was launched just 12 days later when he a boarded a plane for Yorktown, Virginia, where he was later commissioned an Ensign in the U. S. Coast Guard.

He received an MBA from Catholic University of America while on active duty and holds numerous military awards. He is a Vietnam and Desert Storm veteran and attained the rank of Captain in the U.S. Coast Guard before retiring.

Jim?s job experience includes working for Ford Motor Company as Manager of a fleet of cargo ships; Region Director for a small Federal Agency responsible for six Midwestern states; and owner of a small manufacturing business supplying products for the new home and remodeling industry.

Jim has been buying and selling Florida real estate for years and now resides in Niceville, Florida. His real estate office is in Destin, but you might see Jim in Panama City Beach, Seacrest Beach, Seagrove Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watersound, Watercolor, anywhere in South Walton County, Santa Rosa Beach, Fort Walton, Pensacola or Niceville. Yes, Jim gets around the Emerald Coast and surrounding communities and he knows the area and markets.
